Attendance: Mayor Krajewski, Commissioners Schnell, Tully, Urban, Sandack, Waldack;

The Executive Session convened at 7:10 p.m. in the Ante Room of the Village Hall.

Commissioner Candidate

The Mayor summarized the process to date and presented nominee to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Commission Sue McConnell. Council members shared their thoughts on the process and nominee. A short recess was taken from 8:25 p.m. to 8:29 p.m. after which Council continued their discussion. A second recess was taken from 8:43 p.m. to 8:55 p.m. after which discussion continued.

Commissioner Tully motioned to adjourn the Executive Session. Commissioner Urban seconded the motion. The Executive Session was adjourned by voice vote at 9:02 p.m.
