b. 23-PCE-0031: A petition seeking approval for a Special Use approval to construct a three story apartment/condominium building with a total of 5 residential units. The property is currently zoned DT, Downtown Transition The property is located on the northeastern corner of the intersection of Maple Avenue and Washington Street, commonly known as 902 Maple Avenue, Downers Grove, IL.
