Attendance: Mayor Krajewski, Commissioners Schnell, Tully, McConnell, Sandack, Urban, Waldack

Absent: None

The Executive Session convened at 8:30 p.m. in the Ante Room of the Village Hall.

Executive Search – Manager’s Position

The Council discussed the potential appointment of a person or persons to fulfill the Village Manager role on an interim basis following the departure of the former Village Manager, Rick Ginex. The consensus of the Council was to have the management team consisting of the Deputy Village Manager, Assistant Village Manager, and Village Attorney be asked to fulfill this role on an interim basis.

Commissioner Sandack motioned to adjourn. Commissioner McConnell seconded the motion. The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 p.m.
