The Village will accept holiday lights for recycling starting November 24, 2025.
Don't trash those strings of holiday lights.....recycle them!
The Village will accept holiday lights for recycling starting November 24, 2025, at the following locations:
- PUBLIC WORKS 5101 Walnut Ave., Downers Grove
- FIRE STATION 2 5420 Main St. Downers Grove.
Please, do not put lights in plastic or paper bags or boxes.
Collection continues through February 13, 2026.
