Project Summary
This project involves roadway reconstruction, storm sewer improvements and water main replacement on 39th Street from Highland Avenue to Fairview Ave.
Work will also include pedestrian path improvements, driveway apron replacement and parkway sod installation.

April 10, 2026
- Bids were received on April 8. The contract is to be brought before Council for approval on May 5.
- Construction is tentatively expected to begin in late May or early June.
