This project is to perform routine maintenance and upkeep of various block retaining walls throughout the Village.

Work is substantially complete.
PAST UPDATES
October 17, 2025
Concrete replacement is complete. Retaining wall work and restoration is expected to continue into next week.
October 10, 2025
Concrete removal is complete. Grading and framing expected to continue into next week. Retaining wall repairs to follow.
August 1, 2025
Contract is slated to be awarded at the 8/5 Council meeting.
July 18, 2025
Bids were received 7/16 and are under review.
July 4, 2025
Project is out to bid. Bids due 7/16.
