Fall Roadway Patching

Project Summary

Annual patching program, consisting of spot-pavement patching in locations throughout the Village. Patches are excavated and repaved in the same day and opened back up to traffic afterwards.

If there are patching locations in your neighborhood, you will see signs go up in the parkway in the days leading up to the work, to ensure no parking takes place in the work areas.

The contractor is expected to perform the work on Tuesday 10/21 or Wednesday 10/22. It is anticipated that all work will be completed in one day.

PAST UPDATES

October 10, 2025

Weather has delayed the contractor's schedule. Work is now expected to take place either Tuesday 10/21 or Wednesday 10/22.

September 12, 2025

A project schedule is anticipated to be shared at the preconstruction meeting, which is expected to take place within the next two weeks. Updated timeline will be established at that time.

September 5, 2025

This project was awarded at the September 2nd Council meeting.

August 22, 2025

Bids were opened for this project on 8/14. It is anticipated that this contract will be presented at the September 2nd Council meeting.

August 1, 2025

This project has been re-advertised. Bids are due August 14th.

July 18, 2025

Bids were opened for this project on 7/16. It is anticipated that this contract will be presented at the August 5th Council meeting.
