Attendance: Mayor Krajewski, Commissioners Tully, Sandack, Waldack; Urban and Village Attorney Enza Petrarca

Absent: Commissioners Schnell and McConnell

The Executive Session convened at 7:30 p.m. in the Ante Room of the Village Hall.

Executive Search – Manager’s Position

The Village Council discussed the terms and conditions of the employment agreement. There was consensus on the terms and conditions of the latest of the employment agreement and that the agreement would be placed on the October 11, 2005 agenda for final approval.

Commissioner Sandack motioned to adjourn. Commissioner Urban seconded the motion. The meeting was adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
