Attendance: Mayor Krajewski, Commissioners Schnell, McConnell, Tully, Sandack, Waldack; Village Attorney Enza Petrarca; Deputy Village Manager David Fieldman; Village Clerk April Holden

Absent: Commissioner Urban

The Executive Session convened at 9:48 p.m. in the Committee Room of the Village Hall.

Executive Search – Manager’s Position

Commissioner Urban arrived at 9:56 p.m.

Attorney Petrarca said Mr. Mercer is narrowing the field of candidates to five or six people. He is checking references. She will update Council as to the interviews. The interviews scheduled for August 1 and 2 have been cancelled.

Commissioner Tully motioned to adjourn. Commissioner Schnell seconded the motion. The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 p.m.
