Attendance: Mayor Krajewski, Commissioners Schnell, Tully, McConnell, Sandack, Urban, Waldack; Village Manager Rick Ginex; Village Attorney Enza Petrarca; Village Clerk April Holden; Attorney Jim DeAno

Absent: None

The Executive Session convened at 7:18 p.m. in the Committee Room of the Village Hall.

Litigation – Greg Guthrie

Attorney Jim DeAno reviewed the status of this case. The pre-trial conference was held on June 22, 2005. Judge Keyes recommended settlement for $30,000.00. He said he would not grant summary judgment.

Following discussion, Council authorized a $30,000 settlement offer. Commissioner Tully noted the need to address the documentation process. Mayor Krajewski asked Mr. DeAno for his advice on the process of terminations.

Commissioner Tully motioned to adjourn. Commissioner Schnell seconded the motion. The meeting was adjourned at 7:43 p.m.
