Attendance: Mayor Krajewski, Commissioners Schnell, McConnell, Tully, Sandack; Zabloudil; Urban; Village Attorney Enza Petrarca

Absent: None

The Executive Session convened at 8:50 p.m. in the Ante Room of the Village Hall.

The Village Council reviewed the terms and conditions of the Village Manager’s severance agreement. The Village Council agreed to draft a joint press release with the Village Manager and agreed that all questions would be directed to the Mayor.

Commissioner Tully motioned to adjourn. Commissioner Schnell seconded the motion. The meeting was adjourned at 9:10 p.m.
