Burlington Avenue & Mochel Drive Resurfacing

May 27, 2022:

Paving has been delayed due to rain. On Tuesday, May 31, road paving will occur at Burlington Avenue and Mochel Drive (near downtown parking deck), weather permitting. On-street parking on Burlington Avenue from Main Street to Washington Street and on Mochel Drive from Burlington Avenue to and around the Parking Deck, will be prohibited during construction hours while paving activities take place and overnight while striping activities take place.

May 26, 2022:

On Friday, May 27, road paving will occur at Burlington Avenue and Mochel Drive (near downtown parking deck), weather permitting. On-street parking on Burlington Avenue from Main Street to Washington Street and on Mochel Drive from Burlington Avenue to and around the Parking Deck, will be prohibited during construction hours while paving activities take place and overnight while striping activities take place.

May 23, 2022:

On Wednesday, May 25, road paving will occur at Burlington Avenue and Mochel Drive (near downtown parking deck), weather permitting. On-street parking on Burlington Avenue from Main Street to Washington Street and on Mochel Drive from Burlington Avenue to and around the Parking Deck, will be prohibited during construction hours while resurfacing activities take place.

May 16, 2022

On Tuesday, May 17, road paving will occur at Burlington Ave. and Mochel Drive (near downtown parking deck), weather permitting. On-street parking on Burlington Avenue from Main Street to Washington Street and on Mochel Drive from Burlington Avenue to and around the Parking Deck, will be prohibited during construction hours while resurfacing activities take place.

May 10, 2022

Work is underway to improve street conditions on Burlington Avenue & Mochel Drive. On Thursday, May 12 and Friday May 13, road grinding will occur, weather permitting. On-street parking on Burlington Avenue from Main Street to Washington Street and on Mochel Drive from Burlington Avenue to and around the Parking Deck, will be prohibited during construction hours while resurfacing activities take place. 

Downtown businesses and the Parking Deck will remain open throughout the project. Drivers can expect delays and should allow extra time for trips through this area. Please follow traffic directions carefully and remember to drive distraction-free through the work zone.   

On-street parking will also be prohibited in the near future when paving takes place.
