On behalf of the Mayor, Village Council and staff, we wish everyone a safe and Happy Thanksgiving.
A few reminders:
- Village offices will be closed on November 24 and 25 in observance of the holiday.
- Due to the holiday, those with Thursday or Friday as their garbage collection day will receive service one day later this week.

- Grove Express 5k Run/Walk: Downtown, Thanksgiving morning, 8:30 a.m. race start
- TREE LIGHTING CEREMONY: Friday, November 25 at 4:30 p.m., Main Street Train Station
- Small Business Weekend: November 25-27 -Shop local and support your Downers Grove merchants.
