The Village of Downers Grove is excited to partner with Recycle Coach and work towards reducing waste in the community!
Recycle Coach is a mobile app that provides residents with a set of tools to become better recyclers and manage their curbside collection.
Using the app, residents can:
- Stay organized with a curbside collection and events calendar;
- Receive collection reminders and real-time information about service disruptions;
- Check the proper disposal of different household items through a searchable “What Goes Where?” tool that also allows you to search using your phone’s camera;
- Become a recycling expert through weekly quizzes and educational materials.
Download the Recycle Coach app through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Search for Downers Grove, Illinois, USA
- Select your language of choice
- Search for and select your home address. If your address is not available, please email Jason Michnick.
- Choose whether you’d like Recycle Coach to send you notifications such as weekly collection reminders or schedule changes.
