Attainable Housing Study Introduction

  1. The Homes Team will summarize key housing needs and priorities identified in Phase I: Housing Needs Assessment and Stakeholder Engagement. An Expert Panel presentation will follow. This panel will include individuals who have implemented innovative housing strategies addressing similar housing challenges faced by Downers Grove. A facilitated discussion will allow for the Planning and Zoning Commission (Advisory Group) members to ask questions, evaluate potential strategies and collaborate with experts to identify feasible approaches suited for local conditions.
