Greener Grove hosts this event at the Belmont Train Station. Follow the signs and enter the site from Chase Ave. Please stay in your vehicle and allow volunteers to direct you and safely unload your items.

Most items below are accepted free of charge. (please note exceptions.)

1. Electronics ( A pre-paid recycling fee applies to flat tvs and monitors over 21 inches. Pay in advance and bring your receipt to the event. )
2. Bicycles and accessories
3. Spray paint, oil-based paint and latex paint. (A recycling fee applies to latex paints, which can be paid on-site. Quarts $2.99, Gallons $5.99, 5-gallon buckets $19.99)
4. Furniture: dressers, dining sets, side/coffee tables, chairs, sofas (No sleepers), loveseats
5. Clothing and textiles
6. Personal documents for shredding (no paper clips or binder clips)
7. Medical equipment; walkers wheelchairs, crutches, monitors, stethoscopes, nebulizers, etc.
8. Soccer gear in good condition; uniforms, cleats, balls
9. Eyeglasses, sunglasses and hearing aids
10. Books, keys, crayons, Christmas lights, bread tags, CDs and DVDs
11. Prescription medications, epipens, lancets and syringes (Pills should be removed from original packaging and combined in a ziploc bag. Sharp items should be in a hard plastic container. )

Also accepted at the event are donations of non-perishable food and diapers for West Suburban Food Pantry.
