Utility Billing Online Payment Temporarily Unavailable In Preparation For New Service Launch

We wanted to let you know that online bill payment will be temporarily unavailable as we prepare for the launch of a new online bill payment service on April 10, 2023.

You will be able to continue making payments online once you receive the new customer ID and account number that will be included in your April/May bill.

During the transition, you can make a payment using any of these options:

  1. BY MAIL: Payments and correspondence may be mailed to:
    Village of Downers Grove 801 Burlington Ave., Downers Grove, IL 60515.
    Please allow 7 business days for delivery and processing. If a third party service is paying your bill by mail, please ensure they have the correct mailing address on file.
  2. BY DROPBOX: A Drop Box is located at 5155 Mochel Drive in front of the parking deck, Collections are picked up M-F (except holidays) at approximately 6:00 a.m. On Water Shut-Off Days, collections are made at approximately 8:00 a.m.
  3. IN PERSON: Payments may be made by check, cash, or credit card in person during the following business hours: Monday-Friday: 8AM - 5PM.
