Attendance: Mayor Krajewski, Commissioners Schnell, Tully, Sandack, Waldack, Urban; Village Manager Cara Pavlicek; Village Attorney Enza Petrarca; Village Clerk April Holden; Deputy Village Manager Dave Fieldman; Assistant Village Manager Mike Baker
Absent: Commissioner Sue McConnell
The Executive Session convened at 9:15 p.m. in the Ante Room of the Village Hall.
Litigation – EEOC Charge
Village Attorney Enza Petrarca advised the Council of the status of the EEOC charge of discrimination against the Police Department filed by Officer Musa Majaliwa (p/k/a Johnny Taylor). She noted that this is a non-monetary settlement involving recruitment of minorities and Title VII training. The Village is currently involved in conducting both of these activities.
Commissioner Tully motioned to adjourn the Executive Session. Commissioner Urban seconded the motion. The Executive Session was adjourned by voice vote at 9:45 p.m.
