E-Water Bill Authorization

Water customers may register to have their bills delivered to their email account.

Customers who register for this service will no longer receive a paper copy of their bill in the mail.

Complete the online form below OR download the PDF version and return it to the Village by any of the following means:

1. Email the PDF form to water@downers.us, with a subject line of "E-Water Bill Authorization."
2. Mail to 801 Burlington Ave. Downers Grove, IL  60515.  ATTENTION: Water Billing
3. Use the water billing drop box located on the west side of Village Hall, 801 Burlington Ave.
4. Deliver in person to the cashier at Village Hall, 801 Burlington Ave.

Note:  Please add the sending email address downersgrv@onlinebiller.com to your approved list to insure the bill reaches your inbox.

Authorization Terms

I hereby authorize the Village of Downers Grove to deliver my water bill to the above stated email address. This authorization will remain in effect until written notice of termination is given to the Village of Downers Grove. In the event that my email addresses changes, I understand that I am responsible for notifying the Village in a timely manner. I also understand that I am responsible for any late fees that may be incurred due to the inability to deliver a bill due to an invalid email address.
