Community Response Center

The Community Response Center (CRC) is a resource for residents to report potholes, street light outages, areas in need of maintenance and other concerns in the Village. The CRC number may also be used to obtain general information about Village services.

Residents may call the CRC during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to file a report. Calls received after 5:00 p.m. will be directed to voicemail and will be returned on the next business day.  After business hours, concerns may be reported via the form below and will be entered into the system the next business day.
