Recent Progress
9/2/22
Parkway restoration was completed from 41st to Ogden. The Village's contractor will complete restoration from 41st to 39th within the next few weeks.
8/5/22
All roadway patching was completed last week. Parkway restoration will be completed later in the year when temperatures are lower.
7/22/22
All water main work is completed. Patching of Wiliams north of 41st will be completed at a later date once construction materials becomes available.
7/15/22
The contractor completed pavement patching on Williams between 41st and Ogden. Patching of Wiliams north of 41st will be completed at a later date.
7/8/22
The contractor completed curb replacement this week. The contractor is scheduled to complete pavement patching on Williams between 41st and Ogden next week.
7/1/22
The contractor is scheduled to complete curb restoration and pavement patching on Williams between 41st and Ogden next week.
6/24/22
The contractor installed all water services on Williams from Ogden to 39th Street. Next week the contractor may begin concrete restoration on Williams between 41st and Ogden.
6/17/22
The contractor is waiting for testing and chlorination results before starting on water services. The contractor is scheduled to start water services in the near future.

The contractor installed water main on Williams from 41st to Ogden this week. The contractor is scheduled to begin testing and chlorination next week on Williams from 41st to Ogden.

The contractor installed tree protection on Williams and delivered equipment this week. Next week the contractor is scheduled to start water main installation on Williams.

The preconstruction meeting was held last week and the project is scheduled to start the week after Memorial Day.

This project was advertised on March 25, 2022. Bids will be opened in April and the project is scheduled to go to council for approval in May.
