(a) Any person violating any provision of this Zoning Ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $75.00 nor more than $750.00 for such offense. Each day that such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
(b) In addition to any other penalties provided in this Code, the Village Attorney shall have the authority to seek injunctive or other relief to enforce and compel compliance with this Zoning Ordinance. Such injunctive action may be combined with counts seeking monetary fines as provided herein.
