    • 22-PLC-0030: A petition seeking approval for a Special Use for a personal vehicle repair and maintenance facility for the property located at 2539 Ogden Avenue. The property is currently zoned B-3, General Services and Highway Business. The property is located on the south side of Ogden Avenue, approximately 95 feet east of Drendel Road.
